Job Description:

Nine Before Noon is developing a curated network of Quantity Surveyors interested in hearing about future opportunities with contractors, specialist subcontractors, developers and construction consultancies across the United Kingdom.

We would like to connect with commercial professionals at different career stages, from Assistant Quantity Surveyors building their project experience to established Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors considering their next move.

Typical experience and qualifications:

Depending on the seniority and employer, relevant requirements may include:

  • A degree, HND or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
  • Contractor, developer or consultancy experience
  • Knowledge of JCT, NEC or other relevant contract forms
  • Experience with valuations, procurement, variations and cost reporting
  • Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills
  • Competence with Excel and relevant commercial software
  • RICS or CIOB membership, chartered status or progress towards professional accreditation
  • Existing UK work authorisation, unless an employer expressly offers sponsorship

Professional membership can strengthen a profile but will not automatically be mandatory for every position.
