Irrigation Specialists - USA Talent Network

  • Florida, USA
  • Full-Time
  • On-Site

Job Description:

Join our Irrigation Talent network

Nine Before Noon is developing a network of experienced Irrigation Specialists and Technicians interested in future opportunities across the United States' commercial landscaping, residential development, hospitality and property-management markets.

We are interested in professionals who can install, diagnose, repair and improve irrigation systems - not simply replace parts without identifying the underlying problem.

This is not an active vacancy. Joining the network allows NBN to understand your technical experience, location and career preferences before a relevant opportunity becomes available. Submission does not guarantee representation, an interview or employment.

Indicative salary benchmark:

Irrigation compensation varies by technical ability, certifications, installation experience and responsibility for complex systems.

Typical market guidance:

  • Irrigation Technician: $20–$25 per hour
  • Experienced Irrigation Specialist: $25–$32 per hour
  • Lead, licensed or highly specialised technician: $32–$38+ per hour
  • Approximate annual equivalent for an experienced specialist: $52,000–$67,000, before overtime

Overtime, on-call payments, production incentives, a company vehicle, fuel provision and specialist credentials may increase total compensation.

For context, the wider US grounds-maintenance category had a median wage of $19.27 per hour in May 2025. Experienced irrigation professionals generally sit above this broad category because of their diagnostic and technical responsibilities. US Bureau of Labor Statistics

These figures are market guidance only and do not represent compensation for a current NBN vacancy.
