Nine Before Noon is building relationships with experienced Site Agents who may be open to future civil-construction opportunities across South Africa.

We are particularly interested in professionals who can manage day-to-day site delivery, coordinate labour and subcontractors, monitor programmes and maintain high standards of safety, quality and documentation.

We do not currently have an active Site Agent vacancy. This registration gives you an opportunity to introduce your experience, project background and future preferences before an appropriate position becomes available.

Joining the network does not guarantee representation, an interview or employment.

We welcome registrations from Site Agents with experience in:

• Roads and civil infrastructure
• Bulk earthworks
• Stormwater systems
• Water and sewer reticulation
• Municipal infrastructure
• Civil structures and concrete works
• Commercial or residential construction
• Programme, quality and cost control
• Subcontractor and site-team coordination
• Client, consultant and community engagement

Depending on the employer and project, requirements may include:

• A National Diploma, BTech or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Relevant site-management or site-supervision experience
• Experience managing labour, subcontractors, plant and materials
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and bills of quantities
• Knowledge of South African health and safety requirements
• Experience with project reporting and site documentation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, CCS Candy, BuildSmart or similar systems
• Knowledge of JBCC, GCC, NEC or FIDIC contracts
• A valid South African driver's licence

ECSA or SACPCMP registration may be required for certain positions, but it will not automatically be treated as essential for every opportunity.
